The academy reserves the right to accept or reject any registration based on its internal policies.

Course fees must be paid in advance to confirm enrollment.


3. Attendance and Discipline

Students are expected to attend all classes on time.

Respect for teachers fellow students and academy staff is mandatory
Any misconduct may result in suspension or expulsion.

In case of absence students should inform the academy in advance as frequent absences may affect their enrollment.


4. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid according to the specified schedule to ensure continued access to classes.

Late payments may result in temporary suspension of services until dues are cleared.

Students have the right to request a refund at any time according to the refund policy below.


5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students may request a refund at any time without restrictions.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of request.

If a refund is requested after the course has started a specify deduction may be applied for the classes attended.

The refunded amount will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.


6. Use of Online Platform

All course materials are the property of the academy and may not be shared or distributed without permission.

The platform must not be used for any non-educational purposes or in violation of academy policies.

The academy is not responsible for technical issues related to students’ internet connections or devices.


7. Privacy and Data Protection

The academy is committed to protecting student data and will not share it with third parties without prior consent except where required by law.

Student data is used solely for educational purposes and service improvements.


8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any major updates will be communicated to students.
